It is a sad fact that many dogs will be euthanized because of overcrowding problems at shelters.
There are just too many homeless dogs and shelters cannot take care of them all. That is why we encourage people to save these poor dogs by adopting.
One dog was lucky to escape death row at the last minute. His name is Benny.
Benny is an 8-month-old dog who has been staying at the Carson Animal Care Center in Gardena, California. He was going to be euthanized because the shelter is getting overcrowded.
But then, a miracle happened. Benny was adopted right at the last minute before he was going to be euthanized.
A family came to save poor Benny and he couldn’t be any happier!
Benny’s Christmas wish of having a loving forever home came true! At first he didn’t know what was happening. Then later on, when they put the leash on him, Benny realized he was getting out of there and on to a new life!
Awwww…this heartwarming video has brought tears of joy to my eyes!
Benny totally flipped out! He was just so excited and so happy that he will finally get the loving family he’s been wishing for! He just can’t wait to get out of there.
We wish you a long and very happy life, Benny! You deserve it! There are still so many dogs who are still wishing to have a loving forever home.
Will you be the one to make their wishes come true? Visit your local shelter, adopt a new family member, and save a life!
